The Warping process winds individual cone threads onto a beam coil, consolidating them efficiently while preserving yarn to optimize resources.
Sizing
Sizing enhances yarn strength and durability with a thin starch layer that binds fibers, promoting friction resistance and ensuring thread integrity during weaving.
Weaving
Weaving transforms materials into raw cloth through vertical and horizontal maneuvers, crossing warp and weft threads, ensuring fabric integrity.
Inspecting
Fabrics undergo strict quality classification. Defects are expertly repaired to ensure unmatched greige fabric quality and reliability.
